How we deliver digital products and professional services — timelines, methods, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Digital-Only Delivery

All products sold by MA Cloud Technologies are digital. We do not ship physical parcels. Delivery methods include:

  • Secure message (WhatsApp / email) with credentials, license keys, or access links
  • In-game / platform top-up applied directly to the ID you provide
  • For website services: staged handovers via hosting panels, Git repositories, or agreed channels

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Instant / Near-instant products

Premium tool subscriptions, digital accounts, AI token packs, and gaming recharges are typically delivered within 5–60 minutes after payment confirmation during business hours. Outside business hours, delivery may occur at the start of the next business window, unless otherwise stated at purchase.

2.2 Website & project services

Development, recovery, SEO, and protection projects follow a mutually agreed timeline. Estimated milestones will be shared before work begins. Delays caused by missing client assets, DNS access, or feedback are not counted against our delivery commitment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details for delivery of credentials.
  • For gaming recharges, double-check Player ID / UID / server before payment. Wrong IDs may result in irreversible top-ups that cannot be refunded.
  • For website work, provide hosting access, domain credentials, and content as requested.
  • Change passwords promptly after receiving any account credentials, where applicable.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when we acknowledge receipt of valid payment and confirm the product details with you. Screenshots or transaction IDs may be requested for verification.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If we cannot deliver a digital product due to our fault (e.g., stock issue, processing failure), we will:

  1. Notify you promptly
  2. Offer an equivalent alternative where available, or
  3. Provide a full refund of the amount paid for that undelivered item

Third-party outages (payment gateways, gaming platforms, AI providers) may temporarily delay delivery; we will keep you informed.

6. Refund Policy

  • Undelivered products: Eligible for full refund if we fail to deliver after a reasonable investigation window (usually within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment).
  • Successfully delivered digital goods: Generally non-refundable once credentials, tokens, or top-ups have been provided / applied.
  • Wrong customer details: Not refundable if delivery succeeded to the ID or email you supplied incorrectly.
  • Website projects: Refunds depend on work completed; milestone-based payments for finished stages are typically non-refundable. Unused prepaid portions may be discussed case-by-case.
  • Chargebacks: Unwarranted chargebacks after successful delivery may result in refusal of future service and recovery actions.

Refund requests must be sent to support@macloudtechnologies.com with order reference, payment proof, and reason.

7. Risk & Ownership

Risk in digital goods passes to you upon successful electronic delivery (message sent with working credentials, or top-up confirmed on the platform). You become responsible for safeguarding access thereafter.

8. Support After Delivery

We provide reasonable post-delivery support for activation issues related to our handover. We cannot guarantee indefinite access to third-party platforms that change their rules, pricing, or availability.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, internet backbone failures, or widespread third-party service outages.
